Welcome to Hilltop Land Management
Hilltop Land Management is a sister company to Shek's Sealcoating & Paving that specializes in Forestry Mulching and Hydroseeding. Our land management and forestry mulching are perfect for homeowners, businesses, and farmers in rural or wooded areas who want to reclaim space, clear underbrush, or expand fields. Hydroseeding is an effective way to seed a new lawn on new construction builds, after excavation work, or to repair an existing lawn that has been damaged.

Forestry Mulching is an effective and environmentally friendly method for clearing overgrowth. Rather than using dozens of bulldozers and woodchippers, forestry mulching utilizes a single machine to chop and mulch the vegetation. Furthermore, instead of hauling the underbrush away to a disposal site, forestry mulching turns it into mulch on-site to be used as nutrients for the land. Finally, it is far cheaper than clearing the land because forestry mulching needs only one machine.
Hydroseeding is a method of seeding developed in the 1940s that is faster than regular seeding and far cheaper than sodding. Hydroseeding utilizes a customizable "slurry" comprised of seed, mulch, fertilizer, and water sprayed over the lawn and constantly watered over the next few weeks. Due to the fertilizer and mulch, hydroseeded lawns grow faster and provide some erosion protection. To see the results, take a look at one of our client's lawns!

"Last year I had a section of my woods clear cut to allow more sun to reach my newly installed pool. The section of woods had multiple tree stumps and had gotten overgrown with briars and brush in just one short year. Hilltop ground all the stumps and cleared the area all in one day at a very affordable price. Would highly recommend them for any of your forestry clearing needs."
"Hilltop Land Management did a fantastic job clearing brush/trees on our property! We were very pleased with their work product and professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anybody."
"I had some of my property growth getting out of control. From thorns, briars, tree undergrowth, and some 4-6” trees. HLM did a superb job at getting a huge area of my property under control. No more branches hanging over the driveway, and the entire property looks neat & clear with the mulching their equipment produces. Fast and professional service. I could not have cleared the property in 5 years the way they took care of it in 2 days. ABSOLUTELY recommend their services!!!!"
